The hotel is in a great location close to metro and bus stations and not far from the tourist spots. The rooms were cleaned well, and the service was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day.
We also had some noise issues from the street.

Hotel room was clean, hotel staff was nice and was able to communicate with us in English without any problems. Small and nice hotel, perfect for city trip.

It was near an Internet cafe and supermarket.
Extremely rude receptionist who raised his voice at us when asked for help about faulty safe box and room heater. Nobody came to sort out these problems (eventhough the receptionist supposedly called someone to come that night) so we ended up sleeping in a cold room (temperature outside was 4 deg). We were told to speak to the owner of the hotel ourselves if we wanted help with the safe and heater. The owner, by the way, never came. Shower head had no stand and water tap knob came off when turned. I checked out after only one night but the rude receptionist charged me for 2 nights without bothering to explain why. When I enquired, he rudely snapped that that was the price and that's it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean and the location was super and awesome near of everything. Location: the venue was close enough to two railway stations, and metro and bus. Stopped by Odette et Aime to get some coffee and treats, it's 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The location allows for easy access to metro and bus services. Close walking distance to charming restaurants and very nice pastries adds to the experience.
Received the wrong room with fresh paint and poor ventilation. The toilet drainage was blocked for a night. One sink was nonfunctional, supplying only hot water during a summer stay, and charges for laundry were surprisingly high.

The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds that surprisingly manage to make up for the cramped space. The proximity to major attractions makes it a convenient spot to rest between adventures in the city.
Hauling luggage up narrow stairways to the fourth floor isn't for the faint of heart. I encountered issues like bedside lights being out for 24 hours and a prolonged wait for extra pillows. A room without a functioning window and broken features like a non-functional bathroom sink added to the overall discomfort. My experience was further dampened by the presence of pests, unacceptable in any hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Paris, the plus side is that you don't have to stay in this hotel, you can choose!
Dirty, smelly, awful rooms, i had to cancel my reservation after staying couple of days. Towels are not even white, they are not clean, with stains on them, they are smelly so is the room. I don't think there is someone cleaning the room at all. Wifi is not functional after second floor. If you think the location is great think twice, bring your camp equipment and camp inside a metro station, more convenient, same cleanliness, better location.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty and included. The queen room we stayed in was warm with the sagging curtains, TV plus the bedroom. A tube station was close to the hotel, it was a bonus.
